Judy Nyaga
Consultant
Judy Nyaga has over twenty (20) years’ legal and corporate governance experience in the banking industry and is currently Regional Head for Subsidiary Governance in Africa & Middle East for Standard Chartered Bank.
A Unified Team
Our team has combined experience of over 20 years in corporate governance advisory services and company secretarial practice. The team comprises senior management assisted by highly-skilled associates and administrative support. The technical staff are qualified Company Secretaries and members in good standing of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS, formerly ICPSK). For specialist governance assignments, we have a team of Associate Consultants that we draw upon.

Our Founder
Violet Kibera Kimotho
Founding Partner (1973 – 2017)
Violet Kibera Kimotho’s credo was passion for governance. As an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary, this passion drove her to establish Azali Certified Public Secretaries, a firm that she led as Managing Partner until her untimely demise in December 2017.
