Service unavailability & migration to a new improved system
To our valued customers and the General Public,
We are excited to announce that we will be migrating to a new and improved system to serve you better. The migration exercise will begin on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM and will be completed on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6:00 AM.
During this period, our services on the eCitizen platform will be temporarily unavailable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is however working with utmost diligence to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.
The new system is designed to improve the performance, reliability, and security of our services, and to offer you an enhanced user experience. The new system also comes with a range of new features, additional services and benefits that will make it easier for you to use our services and access the information you need.
